Within 48 hours, a local coordinator calls for your free consultation—to listen, answer questions, outline a care plan together, and discuss payer type and documentation when that applies to you.
3. Start Services
When you're ready to start in-home services, we place a vetted, trained caregiver with your family and adjust your care plan as needs change.
